B. Riley Securities (BRS) served as sell-side advisor to YZY Fragrances (YZY) in its successful recapitalization by Boyne Capital. This strategic transaction positions YZY for continued growth and operational expansion, leveraging Boyne Capital’s resources and industry expertise as a new capital partner.

Founded in 1986, YZY is a manufacturer and distributor of perfumes and colognes serving wholesalers and a wide range of retailers across North America. As a family-owned and operated business with products proudly marketed as “Made in the U.S.A.,” YZY fragrances and colognes are designed, bottled, packaged and distributed from YZY’s headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Florida.

Boyne Capital is a private investment firm focused on partnering with growth-oriented companies to accelerate strategic initiatives and long-term value creation.

The B. Riley Securities team guided YZY through a comprehensive advisory process, helping optimize transaction structure, maximize value, and align stakeholders’ interests. This engagement reflects BRS’ experience advising family and founder-owned businesses across industries and commitment to delivering tailored strategic solutions to clients.

The transaction was led by Matt Spain with support from Joseph Brown as part of the broader deal team.
