First Citizens Bank opened a new banking office and branch in Santa Monica, CA. The renovated property brings together First Citizens’ commercial, innovation, fund, consumer, wealth and small business banking teams in a central location in the heart of Santa Monica.

The three-story property, located just a few blocks from the Santa Monica Pier, features a retail branch on the first floor, modern workspace amenities for more than 100 associates, and gathering spaces for client and community events. First Citizens occupies most of the 62,000 square foot building and has two retail tenants.
