Ricketts Joins CohnReznick as Chief Technology Officer

Based in Dallas, Justin Ricketts will focus on accelerating the firm’s technology strategy and delivering innovative, client-centric solutions that support the firm’s continued growth.

CohnReznick, a professional services firm, added Justin Ricketts as chief technology officer. Based in Dallas, Ricketts will focus on accelerating the firm’s technology strategy, enhancing digital capabilities and delivering innovative, client-centric solutions that support the firm’s continued growth.

Ricketts is an accomplished technology executive with a more than 30-year track record of building and scaling enterprise platforms that drive growth in complex, high trust and heavily regulated industries. He brings to the role deep expertise in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and platform strategy.

“Justin has spent his career building platforms and teams that drive innovation, collaboration and growth,” David Kessler, CEO of CohnReznick, said. “As we continue to grow as a firm, Justin’s collaborative leadership and deep technical experience will play a key role in advancing our technology strategy, strengthening our digital capabilities and helping our team members deliver even greater value to our clients.”

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Ricketts served as executive vice president and chief technology officer for a large, independent distributor of personal lines insurance. There, he led all aspects of technology, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management and AI. Previously, Ricketts was president of a technology company, where he led a global SaaS platform that powered distribution for more than 40,000 hotel properties worldwide. He has also held senior executive roles at companies within the healthcare and insurance industries.

Ricketts earned a B.S., in management information systems from The University of Texas at Arlington; and completed the Blue Cross Blue Shield Executive Leadership program at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University as well as the Delivering Information Solutions program at Harvard Business School.
