MidCap Financial provided a $40 million senior credit facility to a white wood pallet recycler.
The facility will support a financial sponsor’s acquisition of the company and will provide for working capital needs as the company grows.
MidCap Financial is managed by Apollo Capital Management, a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, an alternative investment manager with approximately $270 billion in assets under management.
