Winston & Strawn Represents Chart Industries in Sale to Baker Hughes

The Winston & Strawn team was led by partner Matt Stevens.

Winston & Strawn represented Chart Industries, a global company in the energy and gas industry, in entering a definitive agreement to be acquired by Baker Hughes.

In a deal with total enterprise value of $13.6 billion, Baker Hughes will acquire all outstanding shares of chart’s common stock for $210 per share in cash. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

The Winston & Strawn team was led by partner Matt Stevens.
