Law firm Morrison Foerster was selected to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of RunItOneTime d/b/a Maverick Gaming, a regional gaming and entertainment company operating cardrooms and casinos across multiple states. On July 14, 2025, Maverick Gaming filed voluntary Chapter 11 process with the support of its key secured lenders in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
