Winston & Strawn recently represented Intermetro Fiber (d/b/a South Reach Networks) in its sale to a fund managed by affiliates of Blue Owl Capital. The transaction will allow Blue Owl to provide incremental scale and deepen its own existing fiber capabilities, adding major new builds across the network.
