WhiteHawk Capital Partners, is scaling its direct lending platform with the implementation of Broadridge’s Sentry investment management solution. By modernizing and centralizing its middle- and back-office operations on an institutional-grade platform, WhiteHawk is streamlining loan administration, strengthening data integrity and enhancing transparency for co-investors.

“Private credit managers can’t scale tomorrow’s strategies on yesterday’s infrastructure,” Mike Sleightholme, head of asset management and president of Broadridge International, said. “We’re empowering WhiteHawk with purpose-built technology that cuts through operational complexity, enhances transparency and gives them the confidence and control to grow larger, longer-dated private investments at scale.”

The Sentry platform supports WhiteHawk’s ability to scale loan size and duration across its funds while maintaining strong operational control and data integrity. Its flexibility in supporting complex loan structures was a key factor in the firm’s selection, aligning with the demands of an expanding direct lending strategy.

“Adopting an institutional-grade best in class solution gives us a scalable foundation for managing our private debt portfolios,” Harry Chung, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at WhiteHawk Capital Partners, said. “The direct lending and agent functionality allows our teams to efficiently administer loans and support continued growth.”
