Sidley Austin hired Allan Wardrop as a partner in the Global Finance practice in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
A prominent finance lawyer in Hong Kong, Wardrop regularly represents private equity sponsors, hedge funds, asset managers and commercial and investment banks concerning mezzanine, special situation financings and investments. He also has experience advising senior secured creditors in leveraged and acquisition finance transactions and debt restructurings.
Wardrop formerly worked with Hogan Lovells.
