TrueNorth Capital Partners’ wholly-owned subsidiary TNCP acted as exclusive financial advisor to Dari Farms Ice Cream in its sale to Diversis Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
