TPG Twin Brook recently served as administrative agent on debt financing to support Rotunda Capital Partners’ leveraged buyout of Value Added Distributors, a distributor of hoses, tubes, seals, couplings and related products to specialty vehicle OEMs and other manufacturing customers.
Additionally, TPG Twin Brook supported Blue Sage Capital’s recapitalization and add-on acquisition of United Gasket, a manufacturer of custom non-metallic components, including adhesive-backed gaskets, felts and other flexible parts, by its portfolio company, All-State Industries, a manufacturer of non-metallic components for OEMs across a diverse range of end markets.
