CohnReznick, a professional services firm, added Cindy Sutton as partner and chief people and culture officer.

In this role, Sutton will lead the firm’s people and culture strategy, with a focus on enhancing employee experience, talent development and organizational performance. She brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, most recently as managing director, HR at a global professional services firm. “Cindy’s deep leadership experience and successful track record of building strong, people-centered cultures make her an outstanding addition to our executive team,” David Kessler, CEO of CohnReznick, said. “Her ability to align talent strategies with business priorities will be instrumental as we continue to invest in our people and deliver exceptional service to our clients.”

Sutton is a recognized and trusted advisor to senior leaders. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives, facilitated post-merger integrations and designed progressive talent programs that elevate employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

“I’m excited to bring my passion for enhancing the employee experience to CohnReznick, a firm that’s deeply committed to people-centered culture and client service excellence,” Sutton said. “I look forward to working with our leaders and talented people and culture team to further strengthen our culture, invest in our people and align our talent strategies with the firm’s growth — ensuring that we continue to deliver meaningful impact for both our clients and our teams.”

Sutton is based in Charlotte, NC. She earned her B.A. in history from Wake Forest University.
