Michael Fine joined Gibraltar Business Capital’s credit team in July 2026 as senior vice president – account executive, bringing more than 30 years of banking experience, including 25+ years dedicated to asset-based lending. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for disciplined credit management, thoughtful risk evaluation and a solution-oriented approach to helping companies navigate periods of financial complexity. His background spans both portfolio management and new business originations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on client needs, credit structures and long-term relationship development.
At Gibraltar, Fine draws on that depth of experience to find flexible, practical solutions for clients working through complex financing situations, an approach that aligns closely with Gibraltar’s commitment to creativity and partnership.
Fine’s experience in ABL includes roles at JPMorgan, Bank of America, National City Business Credit, GE Capital, Sanwa Business Credit and LaSalle National Bank. Fine holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. He and his wife live in Green Lake, Wisconsin, where he serves on two nonprofit boards and remains active in community volunteer work.
