SixCap Healthcare Finance closed a new asset-based credit facility for an experienced operator of seven skilled nursing facilities across Illinois.

SixCap refinanced the borrower’s existing non-bank lender, providing more competitive pricing and an enhanced borrowing base structure designed to improve liquidity, increase financial flexibility and support the company’s ongoing operations.

The transaction reflects SixCap’s commitment to serving as a trusted financing partner, working closely with healthcare operators to develop customized working capital solutions that strengthen liquidity and support their long-term strategic objectives. This latest closing marks another milestone in SixCap’s continued expansion as the firm grows its portfolio of financing solutions for healthcare providers nationwide.
