Seward & Kissel promoted Robert Wood to partner. A member of the corporate group working from Seward & Kissel’s New York City office, Wood is a key member of the firm’s finance practice. He advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions involving funds of funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds and investment managers.

In addition to his other areas of work, Wood advises clients in connection with fund of fund facilities, subscription lines, NAV facilities, private equity acquisition financings, management company lines and margin loans.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel in 2007, Wood served as an attorney at Linklaters. Wood received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from St. Joseph’s College.
