CoreVision Strategies has strengthened its banking and financial expertise with the appointment of Derek A. Holley as managing director. With nearly 40 years of experience in public accounting, middle market banking, and asset-based lending, Holley brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the firm.
Prior to joining CoreVision, Holley served as the national field exam manager for JPMorgan Chase, where he led a team of 70 professionals and managed relationships with 50 independent field exam firms. Under his leadership, these firms conducted over 1,000 field exams annually, playing a crucial role in risk assessment and financial due diligence.
Holley’s background also includes years of experience as a middle market banker, where he was responsible for managing banking relationships across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on apparel companies. In this capacity, he oversaw credit facilities for borrowing clients while also driving revenue growth for both borrowing and non-borrowing clients.
His career began in public accounting at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he spent five years conducting financial statement audits for clients across diverse industries, including publishing, retail and utilities.
