With more than six years of underwriting experience in the commercial finance industry, Garcia joins as vice president, recourse factoring underwriter. Most recently, he served as vice president and ABL loan manager at nFusion Capital in Austin, where he oversaw the performance and risk management of the firm’s portfolio. Before that, he was a credit analyst at Origin Bank and an underwriter for Sallyport Commercial Finance, both based in Texas. He started his career as a collateral analyst at Bibby Financial Services in California.

Waldropt joins Rosenthal as vice president, operations manager with nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial finance sector and will oversee operations for the firm’s recourse factoring division. Most recently, she served as assistant operations manager at White Oak Commercial Finance and previously served in a variety of roles at Crestmark Bank.

Most recently, Zimmerman served in the same role at Northpoint Commercial Finance, where he focused primarily on asset-based lending. Prior to that, he served for several years at Bibby Financial Services/eCapital Commercial Finance. Over the course of his career, Zimmerman has held roles at Facteon, Yancey Brothers, Synovus Bank, Georgia Banking Company and Amsouth Bank.

“David, Kathleen and William each bring strong and varied backgrounds in commercial finance that will no doubt add to and amplify our team’s continued success,” Leigh Lones, head of recourse factoring at Rosenthal, said. “I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome them to our growing team at Rosenthal and we look forward to seeing their many contributions to our firm and to our clients.”
