Republic Business Credit (RBC) formed a partnership with a diesel fuel supply and delivery enterprise, providing a $2 million factoring facility to accelerate the company’s growth and meet increasing demand across the Southeastern United States.
Recognizing that the company’s challenge stemmed from growth rather than operational performance, RBC structured a $2 million recourse factoring facility to unlock the capital tied up in the company’s outstanding invoices. The new facility provides the immediate liquidity needed to fund fuel purchases, support expansion and capture new market share.
“Rapid growth often creates severe working-capital pressure, even for a highly profitable company,” Benton Hilbun, senior vice president, business development officer of RBC, said. “This client had strong demand, established customers and a significant growth opportunity. The missing piece was bridging the gap between immediate supplier payments and delayed customer collections. Our factoring solution supports management’s focus on scaling operations rather than worrying about the timing of receivable collections.”
Robert Meyers, CEO of RBC, added, “Our financing solution provides additional liquidity and strategic agility for a company with a bright future. This facility empowers their team to scale dynamically alongside the Southeast’s growing infrastructure, data center and renewable energy sectors.”
