Republic Business Credit Provides $15MM Factoring Facility to Temporary Staffing Agency

The financing enabled the company to manage its tax obligations while confidently continuing its growth journey.

Republic Business Credit provided a $15 million factoring facility to an established Midwestern staffing agency. The funding delivers essential working capital to support daily operations, resolve an unexpected tax liability and position the company to execute its long-term growth plans.

The company specializes in professional services and skilled trades placements for critical industries. Although it boasts nearly a decade of continuous growth, a sudden, unforeseen tax liability temporarily disrupted its operational momentum. Due to rigid traditional lending parameters, the company’s incumbent bank was unable to expand its credit facility, resulting in a temporary freeze on its line of credit.

Republic recognized the business’s solid underlying fundamentals. By leveraging its deep expertise in the temporary staffing sector and a strong relationship with the company’s previous lender, Republic executed a seamless transaction in less than three weeks with zero disruption to operations and payroll.

“The temporary staffing industry moves at an incredible pace, and our team’s specialized knowledge allowed us to quickly understand the unique cash flow dynamics of this business,” Eric Dorner, senior vice president, business development officer at Republic Business Credit, said. “I am extraordinarily proud of the rapid collaboration and expertise that allowed us to fast-track this funding.”

Republic’s factoring facility featured a 90% advance rate to cover payroll and payroll taxes, along with a sublimit facility that provided eligible advances on direct-placement accounts receivable. The financing enabled the company to manage its tax obligations while confidently continuing its growth journey.

“2026 has brought several defining milestones, but this client success truly captures the spirit, passion, and mission of our team,” Robert Meyers, CEO of Republic Business Credit, said. “Watching them pull together to underwrite and close a facility of this complexity on such an accelerated timeline was remarkable. Our deep sector expertise, culture and commitment to providing certain execution when middle-market companies need it most set us apart in the commercial finance industry.”
