Presidential Financial provided $4 million in working capital and term facilities to Montville Plastics and Rubber.
Headquartered in Parkman, OH, Montville is a manufacturer of custom injection molded and extruded plastic products. It specializes in precision profile plastic extrusion of various materials that serve manufacturers of industrial and consumer products, including the transportation, utilities and construction markets.
The funds were used to refinance the payoff to an existing lender, provide additional working capital, and help facilitate further business expansion. The transaction was completed on January 11, 2018.
