Polsinelli continues to expand its private equity mergers & acquisitions practice with the addition of Jon T. Beeman as a shareholder in Kansas City.
“Beeman adds meaningful depth to our transactional bench at a time of continued demand from private equity sponsors,” Frank Koranda, chair of Polsinelli’s private equity mergers and acquisitions practice, said. “He brings a practical, business-oriented approach to complex deals and understands how to move transactions forward in a highly regulated environment, particularly for health care providers and physician groups.”
Beeman advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters, with a focus on providers, physician groups and other health care organizations. He is particularly experienced in transactions involving medical practices and other provider organizations, where he helps clients navigate regulatory considerations while maintaining deal efficiency.
In addition to his work in health care, Beeman advises clients across a range of industries on private capital raises, strategic acquisitions and dispositions. He works with both emerging companies and established businesses, helping them execute transactions efficiently while aligning legal strategy with broader business objectives.
“Polsinelli’s reputation in the legal industry and tremendous growth in the private equity mergers and acquisitions practice are second to none,” Beeman said. “I am thrilled to be joining this group of incredibly talented and driven attorneys and eager to contribute to the further advancement and development of the practice.”
Beeman earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Missouri.
