Pathward promoted Lawrence “Larry” Ridgway to senior managing director of business development for the working capital team. In his new role, Ridgway leads a team originating and structuring asset-based transactions to lower and middle-market companies.

“Larry has been a driving force in Pathward’s expansion in the Chicagoland asset-based lending market,” Zach Martin, vice president of working capital business development at Pathward, said. “He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, and we expect his team to thrive under his leadership supported by Pathward’s flexible portfolio of lending solutions.”
