Tarnetta V. Jones joined Otterbourg as of counsel in both the Banking & Finance and the Corporate departments.
Having started her career at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, Jones later became a partner in the Corporate department of Kirkland & Ellis. Subsequently, she founded and served as CEO of ACATA, a legal and strategic services firm serving entrepreneurs and founders of early stage startups companies.
Jones represents various public and private companies, including institutional lenders, finance companies, private equity and hedge fund sponsors as well as startup companies in a wide range of industries. Her practice focuses on general corporate matters, corporate governance and complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and restructurings.
