OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm that invests in technology and technology-enabled services companies serving aerospace, defense, government and highly-regulated end markets, appointed Kenneth Wolff as partner and chief legal officer. Wolff will provide strategic and legal leadership across the firm’s transactions, portfolio companies and all related governance matters.
Wolff joins OceanSound from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he served as a Partner and co-head of the firm’s private equity group. During his 27-year tenure at Skadden, Wolff concentrated on mergers, acquisitions, advising public and private companies, and private equity firms across a wide range of U.S. and cross-border transactions. Notably, Wolff advised on numerous landmark transactions in the defense, government services and technology sectors.
