The Wall Street Journal reported web-based small-business lender OnDeck Capital filed for an initial public offering, amid strong investor interest in nonbank lending companies.
According to the Journal , the company said in a filing that it plans to raise up to $150 million, though that is a placeholder amount used to calculate registration fees and will likely change.
