JPalmer Collective (JPC), an asset-based lending firm dedicated to funding high-growth, women-led, and natural products companies, added Frank Nicoletta as head of underwriting. Nicoletta brings more than a decade of experience in asset-based lending (ABL), with deep expertise in underwriting, portfolio management, operations and collateral analysis across both large corporate and middle-market sectors.

“We are thrilled to welcome Frank to our growing team of financial leaders,” Jennifer Palmer, founder and president of JPC, said. “He is a dynamic, smart and highly regarded professional known for his ability to lead complex transactions and deliver exceptional results. With JPC’s rapid growth, his expertise strengthens our capacity to provide the customized financing solutions our clients need.”

Most recently, Nicoletta served as senior vice president at Citibank in New York City, where he specialized in new business underwriting and led bilateral, agented and syndicated ABL transactions ranging from $20 million to more than $300 million across a variety of industries. He began his career at TD Bank in Mt. Laurel, NJ, as a collateral analyst, later joining the New York ABL team, where he spent seven years managing diverse client relationships and credit facilities.

Nicoletta earned a B.A. in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
