Monroe Capital increased the credit facility to Corbett Technology Solutions in order to support Corbett’s acquisition of Communications Specialists (CSI).
Founded in 1986 and based outside of Richmond, VA, CSI is a full-service systems integration firm serving the central Virginia region. The company provides communications system design, installation and support – primarily for the healthcare and education markets.
Corbett is an existing portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital. The addition of CSI further expands its contiguous geographic footprint and aligns with Corbett’s continued growth strategy.
