MidCap Financial, a middle market-focused specialty finance firm that provides senior debt solutions, provided a $160 million senior revolving credit facility to Akorn, a specialty pharmaceutical company.
The credit facility refinanced Akorn’s previous credit facility to facilitate its emergence from its Chapter 11 filing. The credit facility will also provide for the company’s future working capital needs.
