JPalmer Collective (JPC), an asset-based lending company dedicated to funding high-growth, women-owned and -led businesses and natural products companies, closed a $7 million line of credit to M.M.LaFleur, a female-founded fashion brand celebrating women through thoughtfully designed clothing, personal styling, and community.
“I’ve been a longtime admirer of M.M.LaFleur’s founder and CEO, Sarah LaFleur, and have always believed in her mission,” Jennifer Palmer, founder and CEO of JPC, said. “Sarah needed the right partner to support her vision of creating a better future for women, and that’s something we believe in deeply at JPC. We’re thrilled to partner with M.M. LaFleur, as our values and vision for the future of women and leadership are so closely aligned.”
The company will use the line of credit to expand its reach, scale the brand, drive creative development and further its mission of empowering professional women.
“We wanted a female lender who understood the challenges female founders face, and one that we could have a long-term relationship with; we found that in JPC,” LaFleur said. “With their funding and support, we will continue our mission to help women succeed by making dressing well effortless and intentional, supporting the diverse, dynamic lives of working women everywhere.”
