Edgar Matthews added Caleb Jackson as a senior member of its investment banking team, a move aimed at further enhancing its growing capabilities across capital solutions and strategic advisory for financial services companies and financial sponsors.

Jackson brings to Edgar Matthews nearly a decade of experience advising clients across M&A and capital markets, with extensive expertise spanning the specialty finance sector. He will play a key role in scaling the firm’s client coverage and deepening its execution capacity and quality, with a focus on complex financing and strategic transactions.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Caleb to the team,” Matt Edgar, founder and CEO of Edgar Matthews, said. “He possesses a relentless attention to detail and an ability to drive high impact transactions across the finish line. I am confident that he will serve as a strong execution partner for our firm and for our clients.”

Prior to joining Edgar Matthews, Jackson was a vice president at Bryant Park Capital, a middle-market investment banking platform, where he led client relationships and execution across equity and debt capital raising as well as M&A for both buy-side and sell-side clients. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

“I’m excited to join Edgar Matthews at such a dynamic time in the firm’s growth,” Jackson said. “Matt and team have built a clear reputation for delivering thoughtful advice and bespoke solutions in complex sectors. I look forward to contributing to the next phase of the firm’s evolution.”
