Huntington Business Credit closed a new $30 million revolving credit facility with Zihuatanejo Holdings. Proceeds of the facilities were used to support the acquisition of 10 skilled nursing facilities by GMF Capital, a family office and investment firm based in New York City, and to provide working capital and growth financing.
Zihuatanejo Holdings, headquartered in Evanston, IL, was formed to acquire 10 skilled nursing facilities in Michigan, which will be managed and operated by Illuminate HC.
