Houlihan Lokey added Ignacio Blasco as a managing director in their Madrid-based Capital Markets team.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Blasco was a managing partner at Montalbán Debt Funds, a joint venture with Montalbán Atlas Capital, where he was responsible for research, structuring, and fundraising efforts focused on direct lending in the Spanish mid-cap market. Prior to Montalbán Debt Funds, Blasco served as head of Leveraged Capital Markets EMEA for Société Générale in London and head of Leveraged and Acquisition Finance for Société Générale in Spain.
