First National Bankers Bankshares (FNBB) opened a Capital Markets office in Memphis, TN. The new team includes Steve Weisman, John Lorino and Jamie Moore as senior vice presidents of Fixed Income Trading and JP Zdancewicz and Christie Johnson as, respectively, senior vice president and vice president of Business Development.

“Memphis is known within the industry as being a talented fixed income community, and within that community, this team is arguably the cream of the crop,” said Chris Corts, president of FNBB Capital Markets.

The new team will bring a combination of sales, strategies, trading and business development experience specifically focused on working with depository institutions to Memphis.

“We are thrilled to join an organization that prides itself on providing service beyond comparison to depositories. Our business model perfectly complements FNBB’s platform, which is dedicated to the future of community banking,” Moore said.

FNBB Capital Markets is a division of First National Bankers Bank. FNBB was chartered in 1983 and has offices throughout Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee.
