Essex Capital Group, a corporate financial advisor, served as the exclusive financial advisor and investor on a $7.5 million arrangement for a medical office to be developed in Denville, NJ.
Essex arranged the debt and equity to fund the acquisition of the existing property and to finance the new medical clinic that will be leased on a long term basis by CAN Community Health, a non-profit organization that focuses on the treatment, care and continual wellness of people living with HIV and other infectious diseases.
This new project will allow CAN to expand its service offering for patients in the northern New Jersey area.
