Crestmark Closes 18 Transactions Totaling Nearly $20MM in H1/May

Crestmark secured a total of $19.99 million in financial solutions for 18 new clients in the first half of May.

Those transactions included:

  • $100,000 A/R purchase facility to a Washington-based trucking company for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $315,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility to a Texas-based independent insurance agency to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $250,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $1.2 million ledgered line of credit facility to a staffing company in Florida for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $200,000 A/R purchase facility to an Illinois-based trucking company to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $1.086 million new lease transaction for a healthcare provider in the Eastern U.S. for software
  • _x000D_

  • $750,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $1.75 million A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $1.875 term loan facility to an independent wealth management firm in Georgia to pay off an existing lender and for acquisition purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $200,000 A/R purchase facility to a Texas-based trucking company to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $3.63225 million asset-based line of credit facility to a jewelry chain manufacturer in Rhode Island to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes

  • $350,000 A/R purchase facility to a Florida-based startup freight brokerage for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $1.872 million insurance agency term loan facility to an independent insurance agency in Florida for acquisition purposes

  • $500,000 A/R purchase facility to a Nevada-based medical staffing company for working capital purposes

  • $600,000 new lease transaction for an equipment company in the Southwestern U.S. for capital equipment

  • $4.408 million new lease transaction for a lifting service provider for capital equipment
  • _x000D_

  • $150,000 A/R purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Alabama for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $753,000 new lease transaction for an energy management company in the Midwestern U.S. for IT equipment
