Crestmark secured a total of $18.45 million in financial solutions for 15 new clients in the first half of February. Outlined below are brief descriptions of the deals:

  • $2.25 million term loan facility to a solar development company headquartered in California

  • $150,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $150,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $475,000 term loan facility to an independent insurance agency in Virginia to pay off an existing lender, for working capital purposes and for acquisition purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $500,000 traditional factoring facility to an importer and distributor of apparel and home goods in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $750,000 A/R purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Ohio for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $150,000 A/R purchase facility to a startup trucking company in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $10 million USDA business and industry term loan facility to a vacation resort franchise in North Carolina for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $150,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $1.1 million new lease transaction with an energy management company in the Midwestern U.S. for technology equipment
  • _x000D_

  • $100,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Pennsylvania for working capital purposes

  • $750,000 ledgered line of credit facility to a distributor of metal products in Illinois to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes

  • $250,000 traditional factoring facility to a home goods distributor in Tennessee for working capital purposes
