GA Merchant Solutions has been engaged to oversee the comprehensive wind-down and monetization of assets for eSolutions Furniture. Following a difficult decision to cease manufacturing operations, eSolutions Furniture is working under a court-supervised process in coordination with its lending syndicate to ensure an orderly wind-down.
