PORTLAND, Ore. — Cascadia Capital, a middle-market investment bank, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Willamette Valley Meat Company in its acquisition by Bochi Investments, LLC.
The transaction underscores Cascadia’s expertise in the food and protein sector and highlights its ability to facilitate strategic partnerships within the industry. Willamette Valley Meat Company, a key processor and distributor of fresh and frozen proteins, has grown into one of Oregon’s largest meat processors since its founding in 1998. The acquisition by Bochi Investments, a private investment firm specializing in the food and beverage industry, is expected to enhance Bochi’s regional presence and strengthen its portfolio.
