PORTLAND, Ore. — Cascadia Capital, a middle-market investment bank, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Willamette Valley Meat Company in its acquisition by Bochi Investments, LLC.

The transaction underscores Cascadia’s expertise in the food and protein sector and highlights its ability to facilitate strategic partnerships within the industry. Willamette Valley Meat Company, a key processor and distributor of fresh and frozen proteins, has grown into one of Oregon’s largest meat processors since its founding in 1998. The acquisition by Bochi Investments, a private investment firm specializing in the food and beverage industry, is expected to enhance Bochi’s regional presence and strengthen its portfolio.

“This deal reflects Cascadia’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering strong outcomes for our clients,” said George Sent, Managing Director at Cascadia Capital. “We are proud to have played a role in securing a successful transition for Willamette Valley Meat Company.”

Bochi Investments Partner Nathan Ngai noted the seamless execution of the deal, crediting Cascadia for its role in ensuring a smooth process. Bochi founder J.B. Handley emphasized the importance of the bank’s professionalism and guidance in maintaining positive negotiations between the parties.

The transaction further solidifies Cascadia Capital’s position as a key advisory firm for middle-market food and protein businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
