Capitala Group, a provider of capital to lower and traditional middle market companies, participated in a $29 million senior secured credit facility, along with an equity co-investment.
The facility will be used to support the growth and expansion of a national commercial refrigeration business.
Since 1998, Capitala Group’s managed funds have participated in 143 transactions, representing approximately $1.4 billion worth of investments in a variety of industries throughout North America. It manages both public and private capital for institutional and individual investors.
