“Landsea Homes continues to execute on its growth strategy, with a strong presence in some of the nation’s most attractive housing markets,” Jimmy Baker, president and head of capital markets at B. Riley Securities, said. “B. Riley’s ability to attract such high-quality institutional investors in this offering is a testament to Landsea management’s steady performance since we helped bring the company public several years ago. It was our pleasure to partner with them once again, leading their fourth secondary offering.”_x000D_
