Audax Private Debt acted as agent and sole lead arranger on a unitranche debt financing to support the investment in AIA Contract Documents by True Wind Capital Management, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C., AIA Contract Documents is a provider of customizable legal contracts for the construction industry.
