Archway FinCo, a national direct lending firm focused on delivering flexible, relationship-driven capital solutions, added Michael Goletz as a managing director. Based in Indianapolis, Goletz will lead efforts to expand Archway’s presence across the Midwest, sourcing and structuring customized financing solutions for middle-market companies.

Goletz brings more than 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and middle-market finance, with a strong track record of originating, structuring and executing complex transactions across both bank and non-bank platforms. He has developed deep relationships with private equity sponsors, investment banks, restructuring advisors and corporate leaders throughout the Midwest, positioning him to drive meaningful growth for Archway in the region.

Prior to joining Archway, Goletz held senior origination roles at leading financial institutions, where he consistently built and scaled regional lending platforms, sourced significant deal pipelines and partnered closely with underwriting and credit teams to deliver disciplined, creative financing solutions. He is known for his hands-on, relationship-first approach and his ability to quarterback transactions from initial sourcing through execution.

“I’m excited to join Archway and partner with a team that has a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses,” Goletz said. “I look forward to expanding our presence across the Midwest by delivering creative, tailored capital solutions to our clients and partners.”

Andy McGhee, CEO of Archway FinCo, added, “Michael is a tremendous addition to our team. We’re delighted to expand Archway’s footprint by having Michael work with clients in the Midwest. He brings the same thoughtful approach to crafting solutions for clients that we founded Archway upon.”
