o15 Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based private credit and equity investment firm focused on lower-middle-market businesses, appointed Rochelle Probst as managing director. Probst brings more than 20 years of experience in middle-market leveraged finance, investment origination, underwriting and portfolio management, further strengthening the firm’s senior investment leadership and execution capabilities.
Prior to joining o15, Probst served as managing director in sponsor finance at Capital One, where she focused on investment origination, transaction execution and building longstanding client relationships. Previously, she spent more than a decade at GE Capital, holding positions in underwriting and portfolio management. Throughout her career, Probst has developed extensive relationships across the investment community and a strong reputation for thoughtful credit judgment, collaborative execution and delivering financing solutions to middle-market businesses. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
“Having worked with Rochelle for nearly two decades, I have tremendous respect for her investment judgment, professionalism, and ability to build enduring relationships,” Kenneth Saffold, co-founder and managing partner of o15, said. “Rochelle is an exceptional addition to our firm. She brings the experience, perspective, and seasoned leadership that will further strengthen our deal team. Her deep understanding of the middle market and proven ability to navigate complex transactions will be invaluable as we continue to build our investment platform.”
As managing director, Probst will play a senior role in investment origination, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management. Based in Chicago, she will work closely with o15’s investment professionals to identify opportunities, develop relationships and deliver flexible capital solutions to businesses nationwide.
“Rochelle represents exactly the type of experienced investment professional we want helping lead o15’s next chapter,” Colin Meadows, co-founder and managing partner of o15, said. “Her depth of experience, disciplined approach to investing, and reputation for building trusted relationships align closely with our investment philosophy and firm culture. As we continue to grow, adding leaders of Rochelle’s caliber strengthens our ability to serve our investment partners, evaluate opportunities thoughtfully and consistently execute at a high level.”
Probst added, “I am excited to join o15 and work alongside a team of investment professionals whom I have known and respected for many years. The firm’s commitment to disciplined investing, collaborative partnerships, and delivering creative capital solutions strongly aligns with my own approach to the business. I look forward to contributing my experience and relationships to support o15’s continued growth and long-term success.”
