Mitsubishi HC Capital America, a provider of financing and asset solutions across North America, expanded its construction finance business through the addition of three seasoned industry professionals. Jeff Whitcomb joins as senior vice president, national accounts, while Brenden Reeves and Charles Andrews join as regional business development managers.

“Construction continues to be a strategic growth market for Mitsubishi HC Capital America,” Chris Johnson, senior vice president of construction at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, said. “As we continue investing in this industry, attracting proven professionals who understand the market, have deep industry relationships and can create value for both our equipment vendor partners and end-user customers is essential to expanding our platform and driving success. Jeff, Brenden and Charles each bring exceptional experience that will further strengthen our ability to serve the industry.”

As senior vice president, national accounts, Whitcomb will focus on growing key manufacturer, dealer and customer relationships while expanding the company’s national construction finance capabilities. He brings more than 25 years of equipment finance and construction industry experience to Mitsubishi HC Capital America. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and director at First Financial Equipment Leasing, where he helped develop a profitable construction industry portfolio and led a team responsible for originating approximately $180 million in new business volume over a three-year period. During his tenure, he consistently ranked among the company’s top performers and exceeded profitability targets while building strategic relationships across the construction equipment sector.

“Mitsubishi HC Capital America has built a strong reputation in equipment finance, backed by exceptional financial strength, market expertise and a customer-first approach,” Whitcomb said. “The construction sector presents significant opportunities for growth, and I am excited to join a team committed to investing in the people, partnerships and solutions that help manufacturers, dealers and contractors succeed.”

Reeves and Andrews join the construction team as regional business development managers, supporting the continued expansion of Mitsubishi HC Capital America’s construction finance business across their respective territories. Working closely with equipment manufacturers, dealers and distributors, they will develop new business opportunities and deliver customized financing solutions that help customers acquire and manage critical equipment assets.

Reeves brings experience in equipment finance and business development, with a background in developing manufacturer and dealer relationships and delivering customized financing solutions for equipment customers. Prior to joining Mitsubishi HC Capital America, he held sales leadership roles at Commercial Credit Group and Equify Financial.

Andrews joins the company with experience in construction and equipment finance, including developing dealer and customer relationships across the Midwest. Before joining Mitsubishi HC Capital America, he held business development and sales leadership roles at Auxilior Capital Partners and Trans Lease, where he focused on expanding financing programs and supporting equipment acquisition needs.
