FGI Worldwide, a provider of working capital financing and trade credit insurance solutions, promoted three team members across its finance and tech divisions.

Lauren Saglamer has been promoted to managing director within FGI Finance. In this role, she will continue to drive the growth and development of the portfolio management team while strengthening the firm’s relationships with strategic syndication partners. She will continue to collaborate closely with department leaders to enhance processes, advance strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Alexander Ehrlich has been promoted to managing director within FGI Finance. In his expanded role, he will continue to play a key leadership role within FGI’s underwriting team while assuming broader responsibilities across the organization, including leading transaction teams, strategic planning, team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Walid Souilem has been promoted to managing director within FGI Tech. In this role, Souilem will drive the technical vision and architecture of the TRUST platform, oversee security and infrastructure, and support strategic partnerships and enterprise client engagements.

“Lauren, Alex and Walid share an outstanding dedication to clients and colleagues, and we are proud to announce their promotions,” Sami Altaher, CEO of FGI, said. “They have made an incredible impact across the business, and their leadership will help shape the firm’s next phase of growth.”
