Lendscape, a global provider of commercial finance technology, formed a strategic partnership with JDR Solutions, an outsourced lease servicing and portfolio management firm in the U.S. equipment finance market. The collaboration will give JDR’s customers (banks, captive finance businesses and independent equipment finance providers nationwide) access to modern, scalable technology delivered by a partner with more than two decades of expertise in equipment finance operations, portfolio support, database management and web portal development.
While Lendscape serves a broad range of commercial finance disciplines, including asset-based lending and accounts receivable finance, the partnership with JDR Solutions will focus specifically on equipment finance, bringing Lendscape’s portfolio servicing technology to a market where both firms see growing demand.
“Equipment finance providers are facing real operational challenges, and many are being held back by technology that was never built to meet the demands of a modern, competitive market,” Brett Promisel, CEO of Lendscape, said. “That creates a genuine opportunity, but technology alone doesn’t capture it. You need partners who understand this market from the inside. JDR Solutions is exactly that kind of partner, and we’re looking forward to working alongside them.”
Joey Enevoldsen, CEO of JDR Solutions, said, “Our clients trust us to put their needs first; that’s been the foundation of everything we’ve built over the past 20 years. When we find technology and innovation that genuinely raises the bar for what equipment finance providers can achieve, we want to make sure they can access it. This partnership with Lendscape does exactly that, and we can’t wait to see it transform what’s possible for our clients.”
Steve Taplin, chief product officer at Lendscape, said, “The U.S. equipment finance industry is at an inflection point. The technology gap between what most providers are working with today and what’s genuinely possible is significant, and it’s widening. Closing that gap takes more than great software. It takes partners who know how lenders actually operate. JDR is exactly that kind of partner, and we’re looking forward to what we’ll build together.”
