Eastern Bank welcomed Jarrad Herzog as a senior vice president, asset-based lending relationship manager. Herzog brings more than a decade of experience financing middle market companies through a variety of lending solutions, including commercial and industrial and asset-based lending.

“Jarrad is experienced in structuring a range of commercial lending options and excels in identifying the preferable solution to meet a company’s needs, and we are excited to welcome him to Eastern Bank,” Greg Buscone, executive vice president, chief commercial banking officer of Eastern Bank, said.

Most recently, Herzog served as senior vice president, relationship manager at Beacon Bank & Trust (formerly Berkshire Bank), where he originated and structured credit facilities and managed complex borrowing needs for clients across Greater Boston. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years at BDC Capital, where he served as a senior vice president and specialized in asset-based and commercial and industrial lending. Herzog is an active member in the community, serving as president of the Secured Finance Network’s New England Chapter and previously on the Risk Management Association’s rising professionals committee. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association, among others. Herzog earned a bachelor of science degree from Endicott College.

“I look forward to contributing to Eastern Bank’s long-standing commitment to supporting businesses throughout the region,” Herzog said. “Eastern’s collaborative culture and focus on helping clients achieve their goals strongly align to my approach in providing personalized, relationship banking.”
