Rise Line Adds ABL Vet Molenda

Michael Molenda joined Rise Line Business Credit as managing director of originations. He will be responsible for growing the platform through sourcing and arranging new opportunities.

Rise Line recently launched its commercial lending business for companies seeking capital to fund operations, acquisitions and restructuring activities.

Molenda brings more than 25 years of underwriting and originations experience to Rise Line. He has contributed to the growth of multiple portfolios, has an extensive lending history and is known for providing creative structures while serving his capital partners’ needs.

Before joining Rise Line, Molenda served as a managing director at Regions Bank, Great Rock Capital, Capital One and GMAC Commercial Finance (now Ally Commercial Finance). His also previously held senior positions at Merrill Lynch Capital, PPM Corporate Finance and Heller Financial.
