Ravi Bhagavan will lead BRG Capial Advisors Technology Investment Banking practice based in Los Angeles. He will be responsible for the expansion of the company’s M&A capabilities.
Bhagavan has more than 18 years of experience working with companies through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and debt financings, and strategic partnerships in the technology and telecommunications industries. He brings strong domain knowledge and over $6 billion value of transaction experience in cloud and SaaS, data analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, IT consulting, managed services and telecom network services.
