Tom Buck has joined GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group a specialty financial advisory services firm and wholly-owned subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, as a principal of the firm and member in its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. He will oversee operations in its New York office.

Buck’s restructuring acumen includes operational turnarounds, financial restructurings, divestiture transactions, merger integration, enterprise improvement and orderly liquidations. He has performed many debtor and creditor roles within the bankruptcy process, including such cases as Transit Group, Parmalat USA and Best Manufacturing Group. He has performed interim management and financial advisor roles for distressed companies and his experience managing the complex dynamics across the stakeholder spectrum has resulted in many innovative and consensual solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Buck served as a restructuring advisor with Glass & Associates, Huron Consulting and, most recently, as a principal at EisnerAmper.
